By matthew.b from albuquerque, NM Posted Feb 3, 2011 I called this business in early December to get a quote.We rely on solar for over 60% of heat in the winter,and the system needs refurbishing.They sent two people out to do the quote.After the two did their inspection,they said they would call in a few days with the numbers.I asked them if they had my contact number,they replied yes.A week later no phone call received.Two weeks later no call received.I called them after two weeks and a nice lady answers the phone,and tells me that all the "GUY'S are out in the field,and that someone would call me soon.After another week I called and there was no answer.Another three weeks later I was able to talk to a man briefly about the situation .He took my name,and number down,and advise me that for sure someone would get a hold of me.Guess what no calls received.Week and a half later I was able to talk to the "general manager" about the situation today in fact,and he expressed little apology for the blatant poor customer service up to now,he was more great full for my patients.He assures me he will call me back,and then has a different man call me.I tell the man I wish to deal with the manager that agreed to deal with me,and I feel its very bad customer service.We are still cold.Is our money no good to them.Do they have that much money that it doesn't matter if some gets left out,skipped over.Whatever you want to call it.
