Problems stem from indifferent owner and managers, e.g., pool opening is delayed because necessary repairs and inspections are not made in a timely manner. Although gated for vehicles at night, walk-through gates are never secured and there have been problems with vagrants, robberies and malicious destruction of property. Management/owner is slow to respond to serious tenant complaints if there is any action at all. Activities are tenant-generated with little or no support from owner. If you're a senior looking for a quiet, pet-friendly place to live and tight security and activities are not high on the list, this could be the place for you.
